That is exactly what I said when I called from a friend's phone saying this happened to a friend but I got no info without account information. I might try to call them again tomorrow in hopes of getting someone who can help me out with info without account info.

I agree for sure I was given a huge break as I could have gotten a ticket for reckless driving too.

I called up Allstate and the lady I spoke to said she did not know any information about this and would need account information to transfer me to someone who would be able to answer my question. I was reluctant to give any information as I have heard that insurance companies often don't check records for months and don't want to bring it to their attention unless its needed.
