Nothing to do my brain or the country, it’s a false equivalency fallacy commonplace in this sub.

It can be done, at a prohibitively expensive cost. There isn’t a really benefit to it either other than a nicer view maybe.

You’d have to bury local substations and long transmission lines to fully be free from weather disruptions.

I love disagreeing with the /r/Boston hive mind.

We live close by and are likely on your same water system. I did not notice a taste but if I drink tap it is filtered through our fridge. Sorry I can't be of more help. I am assuming its Manchester water works so you can always call them and ask if something changed.

I installed one of these this summer and its been a great investment. The Rebate is now $750 and on average its cost me under $20 to run for a family of 4. It might be slightly higher during the cold months but you can' beat it.

Natural Gas is the cheaper option but this is the next best thing.

Remember when they wanted to put a few hundred wind mills off shore to produce power and it got shot down?

Remember when we blocked two natural gas lines coming through the State?

Remember when NH blocked Northern Pass which brought in hydro from quebec?

Remember when we let the Yankee Nuclear Plant shut down in VT?

Remember when we shut down the Pilgrim Power Nuclear Power Plant?

This is why ISO New England is almost 70% fueled by Natural Gas....

We made our beds.
