Fun fact, Georgia is named after Saint George, a Christian who was martyred during the Age of the Martyrs in the 3rd/4th century.
Fun Fact #2, Saint George killed a dragon that was terrorizing a city using a lance named Ascalon. The people of the city were all so amazed that they became Christians and were baptized.

I counted 13 bridges across the Mississippi around Bemidji, a city of 15,000 in Minnesota.

What is stopping these ships from insuring each leg of the trip under a different insurance company. An Indian pop up insurance company from India to just outside of the port, and a european company for while at the european port.

You joke, but Intoxication is a defense that is available. The defendant can claim that his compromised mental state prevented him from forming the necessary mens rea. The lawyers could argue that he did not have the specific intent to commit the crimes he has been accused of because he lacked the state of mind necessary.

IANAL and this is not legal advice.

Quantum computers don't do math like you or I know, they do "fuzzy" math. It is based on probabilities, and it will usually choose the desired outcome. For example, if you or I add three with four, we will get seven. But if a quantum computer adds three with four, it will usually get about seven, sometimes eight, sometimes six.

The Speedometer from that 70's car only has one set of numbers, and that set of numbers stops at 85. If the sign says 100, how could he know how fast he's going, the speedometer is pegged at 85.
