I'm also curious how they deal with that many people. Squid game pretty much killed off like 80% of the contestants in the first 2 games and one night, with that one game explicitly meant to have the pool altogether.

That's kinda normal for people to miss the point right? Remember when Rambo I was the story about how society mistreats veterans and war is hell and the subsequent movies are "haha, war is fun!".

Its gonna be a shitshow for court but this unironically will be a game changer if done right for arrests. Poor people will now get a roboadvisor to tell them to shut up and that most of the charges the cops are slapping on them likely won't stick in court. Much better than your average public defender who's overworked and apathetic

Are you sick of comic book movies or just Marvel movies? Cause there's a massive amount of stories you can pull from comic books to make a pretty wide range of movies, shit even within Marvel comics.

Yeah, but the blunt answer in the post huffington/breitbart era is that people will read anything, regardless of quality. That makes writing staff and pet projects vulnerable.

I don't even think it was those. As far as we can tell, no one bought the VIP packages and the basic package was pretty much a steal for room, board, and entertainment on a tropical island. Ironically, McFarland fucked up by pricing below cost

Depends on the city too. In NYC/SF you have the people that open doors and demand you pay them for doing so. I can see how that can intimidate some people

Yeah, i can see it both ways if you are an actually popular critic/influencer. People like Mr. Beast can probably completely make a restaurant considering how much Beast Burgers sell in a month. I can see them charging money just because they know its a big deal and they don't want to be taken advantage of by the owner.
Fuck the small guys trying to get free shit for clout though. Its always with an implicit threat that they'll eat your restaurant anyways but shit on it, kinda like a Mob protection racket

NYC at least had a pretty convoluted application process where the city couldn't decide what interest group to favor as well. The entire process was just generally fucked. Also doesn't help that Cuomo got kicked in the middle of the push

Nope. It's why Uncle Budd asks for "donations" and never directly displays or quotes prices. NY had a weird gap year where it was legal to smoke it but illegal to buy it.
