Reply to Shower filter for shitty cambridge water? by HippieHippo
I have an AquaBliss filter, and it's definitely made a difference with my hair. I didn't realize how much the water here can have an effect until I was in NYC last year for a week and noticed how much softer my hair was, even with using the same products.

Second Chances is a good organization - seccondchances.org. All the clothing goes to local nonprofits and they recycle unbearable items. They have bins and, often, local businesses have clothing drives for them.

Who approves the exemption- the trustees?
If it's in the bylaws, you/your attorney should have reviewed these before closing. I noped out of a condo because the association did not allow laundry facilities to be used after 9pm.

If you're getting home or apartment insurance, you can get a bundled deal from the same carrier that will be cheaper than if bought separately.

When my car insurance rate was going to increase, my broker proactively shopped around for better rates from other carriers and got me a bundled deal with condo insurance that saved me hundreds.

Go to a broker. I recommend Garrity in the Fresh Pond area.
Re: inspection with a wreck - when I had damage, I called my carrier and they sent someone to my home to assess the car. I reckon they'd send someone to wherever a vehicle is towed, if the car isn't driveable.

Hit up Galleria Umberto on a weekday (to avoid crowds) for some cheap Sicilian pizza, calzones, or arancini. Buon appetito!
