I'm VT cities have a mayor/no town meeting. Really has nothing to do with size. Colchester (17k) is a town but Vergennes and Newport City are cities

I haven't been to Hanover in a couple weeks, but I know that near Woodville (just west of Moosilauke) it's a mix of mud slush and ice all over town. I've heard the higher elevations have more actual snow...

On my pixel you need to set it to a special night time mode and then it sometimes looks good, but it kinda varies on lighting

Yeah, one time I was hiking Mt Moosilauke and had to turn around 75% of the way to the top cuz of lightning. No way I want to be above tree line for that

Only place I've seen large numbers of them is in Essex County. But smaller towns throughout the state will have a couple houses with them, or similar far right imagery

I live in an old 1880s building, 300 Sq ft and I pay like $230/month for propane. I just moved in a couple months ago and that surprised me

If you comparing to LA, all the places you mention are tiny. Brattleboro is close to western MA and Montpellier is about 30 min from Burlington (I think).
You don't mention what you want in a place so I think if you provide more details that would be helpful

Maybe $2. The Lyndonville transfer station also accepts other things like TV's for free, that the ST J one doesn't. Also, I usually do it when have other things to do in Lyndonville
