Those crows are insane - easily in the hundreds. Seems like they patrol Payne Rd and the surrounding area. It’s even more off putting when they roost together and you can really get a sense for their numbers. Never seen anything like it.

Okay cool. Did you get any kind of notice from Spectrum on the outage?

Commented on your original post, but again, wow! I see that you travel a ton and may not be able to get another shot like this in the future, but it would be really cool to revisit this location and see how the marsh has changed 1, 5, 10 years from now.

Thanks - yeah, I'm fine with abstaining this time around and will definitely be prepared next time by doing what you've suggested! Just something I was surprised by after living in South Portland for a while and Boston suburbs before that.

Thanks for your response.
Is it that difficult for a candidate themself to make a Facebook page, though? I suppose they may not have in my case since they are running unopposed, but it seems like an easy way to win those “unwilling, uninformed” votes.

Still down for me. I called and they had an automated message explaining there’s been damage to a fiber optic cable and they can’t estimate when it’ll be repaired. Anyone know what timelines are for that kind of thing? Sounds serious to this layman.
edit: I got my internet back at 9:30pm
