In Fairmount it goes from 4pm until there's no more candy on the 31st, but since the Phillies are on at 8:03pm and it looks like it will rain it may end earlier than normal.

If all you need is an office, any of the coworking spaces in the city will probably work for you, so long as you don't need street frontage. WeWork, Industrious, etc. An office will likely run you $1200-1500 per month, but no utilities or RE taxes.
