Before anyone comments - this is not a Photoshop! There were a long series of these ads in the 50s and 60s :)

It would potentially been harmful to a model's career to pose for something like this, at that time. Top-tier models were always advised against it.

This would have been meant to run in the "racier" magazines of the time, for example Cosmopolitan.

No idea of model or photographer - anyone?

I have sometimes dreamed that I am at the airport and can't find my passport, never anything like this though! :-O

There are people who, as a hobby or sometimes even a sort of profession, look for old photo albums in thrift stores and similar. Sometimes, they will try to find the people who owned the pictures, or even their descendants, and do so successfully. There are also what are called "found photos" - u/turdferguson3891 smartly mentioned these in his comment - these collectors take the old photos and make up back stories for them. I've done a few myself, it's fun.

In terms of format, and others can disagree with me, when you have a photograph where you can't identify everyone, it's ok to do something like this - "Bob Jones, unknown, Adam Smith, Betty Page, unknown" and similar.

Believe it or not (or nuts) she filmed a topless scene for this film. She insisted it be removed before the film was released. Some stills from it can still be found in Google. “The Owl 🦉 and the Pussycat 🐈‍⬛”
