Hi! First off, congrats on being sober for over a month! So, it looks like your situation is tough, because not a lot of places accept Medicaid, as you've mentioned. Have you looked at Tucker Pavilion/Chippenham Hospital? They have a partial hospitalization program (so, not perfect, but better than nothing ig) and accept medicaid. I do not know whether or not they have methadone maintenance. Another option, still not a great one, is New Season (newseason dot org). They accept medicaid and do methadone maintenance, as well as counseling/therapy, but are outpatient focused. Apologies in advance if you've tried these two places already. Wishing you the best luck!

iirc, sublocade and suboxone are essentially the same. Main difference is that suboxone contains naloxone and is administered differently. Obvi don't know OP's chemistry, but they may have the same reaction to sublocade as they did for suboxone.
