You know the funny thing is about the park, they're evicting a victim of domestic violence because the original owner of the trailer is in jail and has had the cops called on them many times. The trailer is possession of his family who lives in the park.

On top of that, I don't think anybody in the park actually got a free month of rent from the inspections that Chris had done. Someone was supposed to win this and there's been no talk about it at all.

Additionally I've had to replace a rim on my car because of the potholes and park management is just plugging their ears and singing la la la la la.

The shit is getting ridiculous. Frankly I hope that there is a way that we can fire Addison county community trust because this shit is getting stupid. When I first moved here the lot rent was like $200. They have always made a point to raise a lot rent within the margin where we cannot contest it, to me that seems like a cash grab. Sure it's a slow burn cash grab but they're not improving shit and their offices aren't even open to the public. So what the fuck are we paying for here exactly?

Also yeah those trees haven't been cut down even though they've been promised to be taken care of. What the actual fuck ACCT? Y'all are so quick to evict people for being a little late on rent or whatever but do nothing actually fucking improve the park. I remember the fanfare that followed the water main project and that was a real shit show. And here we are...

no, this is not the fault of the russian people, but the actions of a piss baby in power. the russian people should not be held to account for the sins of their leader.

Yes, but that doesn't just make it ok to dump tons of fucking cash when our own people are hurting. The US military has an operational budget that is already rubber stamped and allocated - make it their problem.

look, we can't be the only one making REAL contributions to the war effort. We could have ended this shit a long time ago, instead we've been acting like cucks and watching ukraine get fucked from the sidelines.

I am sorry, but sending enough money to a country that could make a meaningful impact on the housing crisis just doesn't resonate with me.

What resonates me is the USA waving our mighty erect cock at putin and giving him the deepest dicking he's ever experienced.

folks are keeping up with the status quo.

a lot of folks are pissed at the amount of spending we've been doing with regards to what's going down in ukraine - and I am one of those people. However, I believe ukrainians need freedom and putin should eat a dick. Just shitty we did not just take real action against putin and spend that money on solving shit like the homeless crisis here.

also,

fuck putin. he's a piece of shit fossil from the past that should have coagulated into something my chevy burns.

ok good man, I'd hate to see you folks struggle. Shit is real rugged right here. I just barely got into a new role myself that is finally paying the bills - even then it feels like I'm coming up short with this new rental me and the mrs picked up for 2400 a month. really kicking myself for signing the lease - but happy it's happening.

by chance if you folks are interested in a trailer in Vergennes, I could cut you a good deal.

I'm kinda curious about this.

Seems fucked he'd like to his town about how the water is treated. On the other hand, I know that flouride in water can fuck with things like:

Making water based wood stain

Some fish don't like it

Then again I don't have much knowledge on these matters other than that. I'm not a denier of the positive effects of flouride, I know that in some scenarios it's not ideal. I think chlorine is likely more dangerous than flouride.

Sure, but voting for prop 2 or 5 only effects Vermont. As it should be.

What ever happens at the federal level is whatever, what's important is the here and now in Vermont.

I'm so proud of everyone taking action on this. Women's health and bodies need autonomy, and slavery sucks. So it's def a no-nonsense issue for voters.
