Any differences are just marketing gimmicks, like how some gas stations advertise their gas as being able to clean your engine or some other feature. Probably technically true but practically there is very little difference. Just go with whatever is cheapest.

It's not always true but if your mucus is clear it is probably allergies. If greenish or yellowish, probably an illness.
