Its not quite that simple. They do offer some benefits you can’t get at small places. People blame big box retailers for poorly run businesses going out

What small business was paying more though? I always think this argument was dishonest as the pay was typically more then what a small business would be paying

It doesn’t need as much space. It can be setup similar to Target in Fenway. Tremont Crossing would be one area. I would also say West Roxbury, or even Watertown could work. For who it would impact itd be more Target, BJs, Ocean State, and Home Depot that would feel the pressure from it

But why?
They pay good jobs. Also universities pay for their own services including police. They aren’t removing taxable property at the moment.

I hate Trump but its part of living in a republic. You sometimes have terrible leaders elected. That said the Western aligned world will likely continue to ebbs that way with ebbs and flows. Governments change but the Western countries share cultural, economic, and societal values that are hard to break

It really doesnt matter who in the West builds it as long as its an aligned country its all good. We argue amongst ourselves at times but at the end of the day we are all on the same side.

Ya college basketball here is not that popular college hockey is more popular here. As others have mentioned the basketball hall of fame is in Springfield and if are driving from NY you can swing by there on the way. Celtics game would be a big one if you can afford it.
