Thanks! Spaetzle is basically a high hydration pasta, they were very buttery and I seasoned them with fresh ground nutmeg as well.

This was actually the first vacation meal I had with my dad in Teton Village before he passed, thank you Brian Lagerstrom for reminding me and teaching me to make it at home! Happy Monday everyone!
