Reply to Obviously Parag isn't getting anything but is Elon planning lawsuits? Fascinating implications. by vidp0
Court case is over and done with. The thought that the previous Twitter management didn't have good enough attorneys to anticipate Elon would try to not pay their severance is as delusional as thinking Elon was going to able to walk away from the contract to buy Twitter.
Obviously the first delusion turned out to be ... a delusion ... so the delusional just deluded themselves into a new delusion.

This is the same thing people do. If you are broke you just walk down to Chase and ask them if they would buy $1B of your bonds, then head over to Wells and BofA to do the same

Yes, and it is typical that people choose more expensive frames than the allowance but there will usually be frames available that match that frame allowance.
I just get my eye exam done, get the prescription and get my glasses online. Much less expensive. If you want to get a base pair of glasses that have no premiums you can do that as well.

There are definitely states that let you require a large deposit.

What state is that? Find it difficult to believe you can go nuts and cause $10k+ in damage and then just walk away with only your security deposit lost.
I would say that is not typical and likely not true but let me know what state you are in
dwinps t1_iuaei3b wrote
It was possible because that is what you agreed to.
You didn't choose the base frames that your insurance covered and all the other premium stuff also isn't covered.
That's the name of the game for optometrists, get you in for your "free" exam and upsell you on everything.

No it is not an acceptable reason for a chargeback.
