Freight trains, unfortunately don't really run on a schedule. You can follow various CSX groups, such as Facebook's CSX Northern New England or CSXT's New England Region Sightings to get some ideas. I try to catch them going through Exeter and they're totally random, it seems.

Using a Google Pixel 7, which automatically marks them as spam by itself.
