Fire your travel agent.

I love CT and all, but as a vacation destination, absolutely not. First and foremost, I hope your girlfriend is also 21, because we have ridiculously strict drinking laws when it comes to age. She'll be left out of a ton of things if she isn't 21 as well. Second of all, CT is mostly inaccessible without a car. Our public transit is rather shite.

I just would highly suggest you go to NYC or Calirfornia or almost anywhere else, quite honestly. We're just not a "touristy" state.

Neoluddite maybe because today it's all about the evil AI, a few months ago it was robots, a while before that it was some other cataclysmic technology that was going to kill us all in mere days.... And of course it didn't.

This shit is just embarrassing at this point.

Best pizza in the state comes from Greek owned restaurants. It is very much a north eastern thing, as well as in Chicago, parts of Florida and a few other pockets of the country were Greek immigrants settled in the late 60s and into the 80s. A lot of them opened restaurants back then because they didn't have any marketable skills and few spoke English well. Some of those places have been taken over by their children and kept within the family, while other places have been sold to Albanians, Russians and even Turks while still carrying certain Greek themes.

Zoom in on that bad hole. Then zoom in on one of the good ones.

Do the good ones look like they are threaded in deeper than the bad hole?

Are you sure there is nothing in the bad hole? Could be packing material.

Does the screw look normal (fully threaded and not mangled up)?

Is this screw longer than the other screws?

I would either cut the length of the screw or tap the hole a little further in. Its gonna be a standard metric size. You can measure it with a pair of calipers. You can cut the screw down a little too as long as you get between 6 and 8 full rotations. A set of taps could be purchased for like $10 to 20 at Harbor Freight.

Are you telling me that sales don't ONLY go up, up, up?!?!

Whaaaaaat?

I love how sales of PCs and tablets and similar devices were hitting record numbers over the last couple of years and business executives acted like that could possibly continue forever. Now that the market is coming back down to more normal levels, immediately everyone is overhyping the decline.

We get posts like this all the time, but I just don't understand how so few of them mention where they will be working. If you work in Stamford that is totally different than if you work in Hartford which is totally different than if you work in New haven.
