Hi Dr. Lee!
I'm a teenager and unsurprisingly, my friends and I carry a fair amount a stress, especially as we're applying to college. Sometimes I feel numb or avoidant towards stress while other times I consciously experience it. Could this contribute to irregular menstrual cycles? I know people who get gray hairs and we really just don't get enough sleep.
Thanks in advance!!
