Same here in my town. anything under 120 ft^2 needs a permit. Both "sheds" are 10x20 .. No permits needed for either shed

I built my first shed myself. (Used as a pool house) it was a lot of work. Off and on work on weekends took most of the summer. I bought a reeds ferry last year (10x20) Good quality. I build the base myself , to save money, using their specifications. 4x4 pressure treat with gravel for drainage. I’m happy with the shed . Went up in a day. They pre-build most of it and assemble on site. I think 7k for the shed and another 300 for the base
