Drinking alcohol is usually under 40% ABV (spirits) and a lot lower for wines (11-13%ish) or beers (3-6%ish).
That leaves a lot of space for other things and flavours - and much like cheap "orange flavour drink" doesn't compare with freshly squeezed orange juice, the mixers will have a huge affect on flavour, the good stuff is more expensive.

I'm sure there were people in Egypt >5k years ago, just there's no accepted evidence/reason to believe the pyramids themselves are older! Same with Stonehenge.

Experts suggest a long span around ~3000 years BC (sources, PBS, Wikipedia) but nobody knows for sure. Do you have anything to suggest they're older?

Stonehenge and the pyramids, for context, are about 5000 years old.

Zero snow is white and lots is purple! Infographics generally benefit from being instinctive, so for instance rainfall shown in blues, sun as yellows, so it might be worth stepping back to the project thinking about colouring and what it conveys in itself, to make it feel more instinctual :)

Exactly my point - they're dilute products, the alcohol doesn't taste any different, the stuff it shares a bottle with does.
