They've been trying and it doesn't work. It's also agglomeration benefits are on hell of a drug.

IMO we need the bike "highway". Every E-W and N-S 0.5 miles there would be protected bike lanes for all church Hill through downtown to the edge of museum district.

I mean that's why I say preserving buildings means less buildings and higher rents and kills the culture.

Went to Tarrant's west because their restaurant week menu looked a little better. Pretty good experience but also completely dead on a Monday. Portions were kinda small though and our server was kinda slow 90 minutes for dinner and we ordered within 5 minutes of sitting down...

Actually I think most corn mazes are field corn which is dried on the stalk. They are planted as close as it can get and is for bulk products like corn for feeding other animals.
The corn you buy from the store is planted in very tidy rows and more expensive. But also tastier.

I was here Sunday, $12 per adult. The entrance was a giant hay castle. Also had other stuff. Corn pit was lord of the flies shit which was fun to watch. Hay ride out there, pumpkin patch was $0.75 a pound or $1 per little one. Couple of food trucks.
Corn maze took like 90 minutes or so with a couple of exits prior to the real exit.

I swear I've done it the preceding Saturday so we weren't up super late on Halloween night.
I even tried to double dip and do a little on Halloween iirc.

That's for those with issues. If you can walk I would walk but otherwise they make it so that it can happen.

They are putting up a lot of housing especially in more urban areas but we are talking about a 40 supply shortfall of housing especially as millennials are a relatively large cohort age into place.

The McRib comes back whenever pork prices get cheap enough. They must have gotten too expensive.

I would check Cocky Rooster, super hot wings isn't my thing but they have a lot of sauces.

I mean they are buying from a farmer locally. Right. I mean the big shops at Bryan Park are likely bigger.
But also I mostly just visit a couple of the farmers there driving within the area.

Yeah this is my problem especially as we are this late in the season.
Honestly the market that has been great for me has been azalea flea market. There are a couple of farmer's market shops like a dude with his pickup truck of watermelons. Some definite stand bys for cheaper than any grocery store and then instead of boutique pop ups it's random goods for cheap.

I mean a lot of the cooking equipment is already there. Maybe they need something else but otherwise one staff leaves by 2/3 (they currently close at this time) and the other comes in later.
Just a thought, it would lead to a higher efficiency and likely lower costs

I really think those businesses should go into like mclean's or city diner. Those places don't stay open for dinner. That or Gus's as a sports bar seems to have excess capacity on non-game days.
Rather than a whole new location.
