I feel like Kubrick’s whole filmography should be on this list. A Clockwork Orange and Full Metal Jacket give off these vibes. Is Gladiator on this list or even Braveheart? How about some of the old westerns, The Searchers, The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly? I feel like Apocalypse Now and Platoon might be on this list.
