I’m in Pittsburgh and had to get name brand XR adderall to get my script filled last week. It cost me $90 versus my usual like $11, but not a single rite aid in my area had the generic.

I know that can happen but not typically to an employee in the middle of their work day.

It’s also very difficult to involuntarily commit an adult and for his literal employer and coworkers to go to the effort of trapping him on a floor, I agree that it seems like something is missing.
I’ve also spent a lot of time on that particular unit and it’s incredibly emotionally and mentally draining, for both patients and staff. I’m not discounting his claims but def agree that there has to be more to this situation.

Haha unfortunately it’s not big enough for 8 full adults but there’s plenty that are! Our house is Owasco Lake, it’s the smallest and chillest lake but Skineatles has lots of options too

Yep I’m from Philly (the main line) and the house I recently bought in the North Hills would be incredibly out of my price range if it were back in Philly.

Just to be clear, I wasn’t trying to editorialize, just summarizing Temple’s argument, even though I agree it’s bullshit.

Apparently, since the striking workers aren’t actually working, Temple is able to withhold benefits? I also saw a claim that Temple isn’t subject to NLRB laws but I can’t find any further info or evidence of that right now.

IMO the estate tax should be changed to factor in the amount or the tax bracket of the recipient but yes, it does change based on your relationship.

I worked at Kaya in the Strip throughout college and it was a really great environment. I started as a hostess/busser as I had no formal serving experience but quickly became a server and part time bartender. Downside is that getting there from Oakland was a bitch at times, but the hours were totally doable with my class schedule and the money was good.
