I used to drive to homestead shopping plaza where the AMC cinema is, park by eat n park and run the trail out of the city towards McKeesport. You run along a railway line, past the bottom of kennywood. If you want to go far enough you can cross the pedestrian bridge across the river into McKeesport. Cool run.

You could also park at Millvale and run along the river into and through the city all the way up to the old jail on the Ohio river and back. Could be a bit dicey though with all the encampments along that stretch of the river now, don’t do it near dusk or when there’s not many people around imho.

The worst thing about bureaucracy in action. Just get a damn truck and get it out of there and bill the owner who’s “being difficult”. Put a lien on their house or garnish their wages.

You have about two years to sue iirc as I had a similar problem in the 2010s and looked it up and I was just out of that time period. Shitty roofers abound, had similar problems with shingles Improperly added to a roof with a low slope angle, and badly weaved together where slopes met. The best but was they covered a big hole where a chimney used to be with just shingles so if anyone had stepped on the spot they would have fallen through.
