Reply to Auto Insurance Rate Increases 35% Seemingly Overnight, Allegedly Due To PA Rate Hike by Mother_Show8790
Yep. We were with liberty mutual and bundled home and auto. The renewal bill showed up a couple months ago with a $900.00 increase even though we have filed 0 claims and changed absolutely nothing. We switched to AllState and got our bill down $100 cheaper than what we had already been paying before the increase from Liberty Mutual.
Unfortunately insurance companies are greedy and don’t care. They would rather lose one customer because they know at least a few people will just roll over and pay the increase without complaining. They end up stealing more money regardless.
I’m convinced inflation is a lie and that all companies are just stealing from us legally right now because they can get away from it.

55 for renewal is nice. I usually pay 75 for mine. Do you know if you have to be a preexisting patient there for that price or do they honor it far any renewals?

Probably.
Edit: I hit send on accident. I meant to say it’s probably possible. It might require some creativity and flexibility but no reason why it can’t work out. I’ve seen it done in various call center situations before without a loss in service or productivity.

Is there a map published somewhere where you could see the planned and current route?

If you’re basing your memory on a random YouTube compilation of smash cut out of context video clips (seriously a bunch of those are SNL clips, you do know what SNL is right? And was that the former Mexican president???) then I can see how your memory became inaccurate.

Since you are using Canada as an example here are the list of IDs that are acceptable to vote in Canada.
Notice it’s a very long list of IDs and how many of the IDs listed would be free or something you already have because your a member of an organization or make use of some specific service that an organization provides. It’s a very comprehensive list that makes a wide array of options available to Canadian voters and ensures that as many people as possible can participate in the election and not be left out. This is the opposite of what’s generally proposed by the GOP. In our country the voter ID that is proposed is usually either a drivers license, which is not free but also not something everyone who is voter eligible can obtain. They also propose a regular government ID, again something that id not free and unavailable to some people who should be allowed to vote. Or other times they propose a whole new voter specific ID but again something that is never proposed as free and comes with new rules about who is eligible which would again exclude people who should be eligible to vote.

There you go folks. Another example of conservative religious teaching.

My boroughs changed the codes after the last presidential election. Now your only allowed two yard signs and only for a certain period before and immediately after the election (I can’t recall the exact time frame but it’s like 30 or 60 days). They hand out a daily $1000 fines for every sign over two that are up. People’s heads exploded at first but then they slowly started removing signs. It’s actually been really nice this cycle. I did notice the trump crowd trying to get around the yard sign rule by plastering the side of their hoses with huge signs but the new codes don’t address that just yet.

I thought AAA only sells their own insurance. We have AAA but their home and auto rates were higher than others. I only looked on their website though I didn’t call so I don’t know if that makes a difference?
