I got robbed once on the bus, and they were very helpful in insisting it was some kid who was much shorter then the guy who robbed me. Kept asking me if I was sure, that it sounded like this was the guy, etc…
Hope that kid didn’t get blamed by the next victim they pressured to id him

I don’t drive there that often , so I didn’t realize how much clearance there was. What is the current schedule for the bridge opening? Would altering it to low tide be much different?

That seems like a pretty long, straight stretch of road. Wouldn’t it make sense to use the space to create a taller bridge so that most of the boats can fit underneath it without any sort of mechanism? It would also save future operating costs as well.
The town of Naples, Maine did that when they replaced their swing bridge in the early 2010’s, even though some boats wouldn’t fit.

It may be to late for you, but my insurance company has a direct pay option so that all I pay the shop is my deductible, and any negotiation over costs goes between them.
Unfortunately it may not be worth a lawyer for relatively small dollars, I hope it all gets straightened out for you

Watertown was absolutely crawling with cops from many jurisdictions, federal, state and local that day. I think the shootout had university cops as well. The mbta cops were hardly the only people who were dealing with thay
