Yeah - you get to celebrate something with the city. It's not really just about the game, it's about the moment and the place.
You lived in Philly when the Birds won the Super Bowl; that's just about as there as you can get.

That's where they will be "coworking" out of the day they are in Philly. They're a startup founder w/ friends in the area

Stuff like this has been common on the West Coast for a while; everything except your bathroom and bedroom is shared. They aren't really meant for people to live in them full time; they are meant for people to purchase them and rent them out on Airbnb.
So yeah, it's a hotel.
