Lol how is that even remotely feasible? You think these developers are running a charity? A lot of talk as usual but how will you finance that even with a tax break?

If you're smart, cab is always a better choice anyway and domestic travel I ain't carrying much so public transit is the preferred mode of transportation since you'll eventually get stuck in traffic.

A ebike fire in a large multi-family apartment even non-combustible type building vs a car, hmm...? Let's not get head ourselves with that at times toxic and non-sensical anti-car rhetoric my guy. People are asshole drivers regardless on a bike or in a vehicle.

No such thing as a secure and dedicated bin out in public NYC, there's bound to be some asshole to ruin it for everyone. That's why you can't have nice things here no matter what.

Yes I'm aware but I'm just saying there a lot of threads about moving in NYC with XXX low salary with meagre savings by potential NYC seeking hopefuls and try to hustle it out here with basically no contingency which is definitely not recommended. I get it he's a student so he technically has contingency and not worry about his future finances (In my opinion, you start as early as possible if you plan to have a family or whatnot) with family maybe even though he's self-dependent currently.

This is like surviving more than anything because you literally have no safety net for investments so I hope people don't try this and end up homeless with no future especially since majority of folks don't have the same ability to micro manage finances like you.

> Cochrane Review
Our confidence in these results is generally low to moderate for the subjective outcomes related to respiratory illness, but moderate for the more precisely defined laboratory‐confirmed respiratory virus infection, related to masks and N95/P2 respirators. The results might change when further evidence becomes available. Relatively low numbers of people followed the guidance about wearing masks or about hand hygiene, which may have affected the results of the studies.
If all of us lived in a controlled environment with less variables and were consistent with hygiene policies sure but let me tell you that doesn't even happen in a hospital unless you're in a isolated environment such as during surgery. And also it helps that in hospitals the air change and HVAC requirements are much stricter.

I work in architecture and the amount of bureaucracy you have to get through for this to work will be hilarious. Better be issuing exceptions and amendments everywhere, I think figuring out how to run shafts and plumbing is least of your problems.
