I feel like this sort of thing happens anytime the police feel a little heat from city hall or some other legitimate investigation. Can’t we just have this consistent all the time, you worthless fucks?

Maybe try and get access to someone’s basement in old city. There are a few that look super old compared to the building that sits upon it.
