I read somewhere that the "neighborhood" is actually a large area and the "efficient" homes are the empty ones.

Yea, we don't turn it on til some time in November. We don't like it hot. Still need to take out ac.

Says trending towards, as I'm already using more cause its colder but in fact I'm not using more. I suppose it's to make the incoming rate hike appear to be our usage increasing.

Right, I'm literally printing SpotMicro right now. So the cost of these will keep dropping drastically, just like it did with quadcopters.
