The old car shops in the Reading train yard are neat so is the locomotive shop on 6th but that isn’t completely abandoned. There’s lots of railroad infrastructure around the state that’s abandoned and neat to see you’ll find some gems in coal country too around old mine sights but honestly stay out of the mines (duh) they aren’t structurally sound some have been abandoned for 150 or more years. Eckely miners village near Hazelton is home to the set from the movie The Molly McGuires and it is still something in tact and accurate. If you want to experience a mine I’d suggest Landsford #9 or pioneer tunnel those are structurally safe guaranteed. Unfortunately the state decided to cover Graffiti Highway but frankly Centralia is unsafe too although the cemeteries and roads are still there. Hope this helps yes I’ve done some urbex before make sure wherever you explore is worth visiting and isn’t a death trap.
