The waterfront is a different area than the seaport. Itâs basically the area between the greenway and the harbor between South Station and the North End. I mean itâs still basically realtor-speak, but itâs not an old nickname for the seaport.

Really depends what you are used to but itâs by far our worst weather month.

Reply to Any superb Tiramisu in the area? Doesnât have to be Boston, suburb is fine, too. by QueueTee314
Since Tiramisu isnât baked and involves no pastry, the most important thing in my experience is really the quality of the espresso. Iâll second Caffe Vittoria. Itâs also easy to make at home and looks impressive, just pick up the espresso from any very good coffee shop.

You def should not agree to first month, that makes 0 sense. First month was already paid when you moved in at the original price.
Last month always goes up with your rent because it literally covers the last month of rent, which you wonât have to pay when itâs due, so thereâs that.
Security deposit I kind of feel like shouldnât increase but landlords gonna landlord. But you could certainly argue that point with them.

Yeah but itâs not like some big secret they âdonât want you to know.â Obviously they want people to pay to go see the show. Same reason you canât bring a camera into a movie theater

I mean are they supposed to put on a different set every night for the entire tour? Of course they reuse jokes, what a dumb take

Yeah and they charge $20 for a subway ride. They can bring that down to $8.50 but only if you inform them ahead of time and they determine you really need to take the T.

Thanks!
So I agree with one other commented that Japanese BBQ could be really fun! I love gyu kaku though it can get a little pricey. Along the same vein Hot Pot is awesome! My faves are Spring Shabu Shabu (buffet style noodles, tofu and vegetable but a la carte meat), and for all-a la carte, Lamei Hot Pot and Royal Hot Pot in Quincy are both good.
There is a relatively new place called Wu Song Road in Cambridge. They have a really fun staircase for taking pics and a tiki vibe. If you like American Chinese food there are plenty of options for you, plus some menu items that might be new to you. Kowloon is another option for a tiki vibe though Iâm sure youâre familiar with Kowloon!
All the restaurants under COJE Management group (Lolita, Yvonneâs, Mariel, RUKA & Coquette) are very vibey with good music and fun photo ops. If you choose one I would recommend an early reservation (or going for brunch!) as they tend to become more bar-like and adult-oriented quickly after 9pm.
If youâre thinking of an activity I think both Flatbread Pizza Co. locations with the candlepin bowling lanes are really great! The pizza is good and the staff are really nice.

Ok. Well if you give the above info I would be happy to make some suggestions.
jtet93 t1_isvuqqy wrote
Since you left out every conceivable piece of useful information aside from your daughterâs age, I will try to help.
How many people?
What kind of food? Seated dinner or buffet?
Is this a âpartyâ with dancing or just dinner?
What is your budget?
Without the above info I suggest you buy out O Ya for the night.
Edit: Also looking at your post history youâre a sophomore in high school so are you asking for yourself?

Dali in Somerville. Romantic, fun, a good place to have a quick drink or linger over a long dinner depending how interested you are đ
