Good. Was surprised as hell to find out that CT didn't have early in-person voting.
About the only extant vote gathering system that makes more sense to me is universal mail in voting (see: Oregon, Washington, Colorado).
I could see digital voting becoming a thing just as soon as we figure out how to secure it.

we've been doing the esporta. You'll never get on the basketball court, but otherwise it's a great gym.

Take the train. Or park like you're taking a train.
Eat street food, outside of meal times (think 2:00-4:00), or make a reservation. Food is jacked up in price, and dropped in quality so stick with the basics (like pizza) that are fast and hard to get wrong.

Increasing inventory generally leads to lower prices across the board or improved services as businesses move back into the area to support new residents. In other words, a big boost in inventory should lead to a drop in what that market rate is.
And with the bubble popping on our low interest inventory scarcity market that's driven up costs, the effect should be magnified, especially since the first of these units should be coming onto the market about the time that the market has stabilized at it's new, lower floor and people are looking to buy once again.

Been pulling 3-4 off each dog every visit outside. The dogs getting it isn't bad, they're medicated, if it wasn't for the fact that the ticks sometime jump off onto me.
