MassBay CC would be a good deal and also be convenient. A friend of mine switched to nursing at around your age and it has been a good decision for her. She works in the government and she will have a pension when she retires. For her nursing degree, she also did a loan forgiveness program by working in underserved areas once she graduated.
Keep an eye open for these incentive programs -- nurses are in high demand. I bet r/NursingStudents would be helpful too. The pay is better in MA (even with a higher cost of living), so you're in a good place.
Also, your English is excellent! (I am trying to learn your language...langsam.)

The 84 exit off the pike will be terrible, hopefully it doesn’t cause problems in the left lanes or if there’s an accident. I always liked 2 to 202. Might be slower, but less stressful.

ARNWR (Assabet River National Wildlife Refuge) in Sudbury. 2K acres.
Great Meadows National Wildlife Refuge in Concord. Covers a few locations, but the trails near the center abutting the Assabet are very nice.

I've been broadsided on a highway by someone changing lanes without looking, and it's definitely made me wary of what other drivers will do without warning. It's amazing there aren't more accidents. When I see someone stopped on an on-ramp, I suspect they are a new, terrified driver.

Or speed up to create a space for the person merging behind you. That's okay too.
kissmekate48 t1_iwf0oxw wrote
I think it’s also inexperienced drivers who are fearful of merging. And of course there are some drivers who speed up to prevent incoming traffic from merging.

It's only a slight shift from other counties, but you just need a few greedy and/or not very smart people to sway the results.

Farmers markets, including winter ones. Somerville has a good one — check the vendors. Look out for lion’s mane, probably one of the most different ones.

Also, there are “treat maps” on FB or NextDoor — that should give you an idea on a neighborhood to maximize visits without a ton of walking.

Pick a street one of your kid’s friends lives on, nearby with good housing density. Or, side streets in downtown Arlington. Or off downtown Lex, south side. There are serious hills on the north side.

Fingers crossed for you then! We like to have a white Christmas too. On a good cold snowy dry day it feels great to be outside. A warmer, windy, damp day can feel far worse. The solution is a few thin but warm layers, a waterproof shell (you already have those), a scarf, good socks, good gloves or even better, mittens, and a good hat. With that, you can practically live outdoors.
