I’ve lived in Chester County for 54 years, I can definitely attest that the climate has changed. The primary way is that we now get much more frequent intense rain storms. To the point where I had to install new drainage on my property that was unnecessary even two decades ago.

I wish I could say the same about my five year old Breville toaster. The main button that tells it to toast no longer works. It’s really annoying. Wish I’d just gotten a $30 toaster at Target.

Zooming in, I don’t think so. It may have been flooded at some point prior to the photo, which explains the coloration, but I don’t think it’s wet at the time of the photo.
