Go to a thrift store and buy a table, by the time you do an EFFECTIVE repair you will have spent more money and time than a used table.

Being a westerner but from an area of many military coups, I can understand about repression no matter where it comes from. I don’t really know what goes on in Iran, I hear and see many awful things. It’s up to the people to figure it out and act, no matter which way it goes, it will be bloody, that’s the price. I have worked with a few Iranians in guess what , engineering, construction, business in the US. They are very nice people.

Just curious, long ago around the time in question, there were probably herds of these animals running around. Maybe even similar ones in all continents. How many of each have to be found in the same area to assume that that area was where they ONLY lived

You should hire a GOOD concrete contractor. There is a lot that can go wrong on this for a diy. You could even injure yourself.

How often will you be using this shop? What will you be doing in the shop? Any kind of continuous partial flame, etc. I like to keep things simple. Iam in CA. So keep that in mind. 1 2x6 walls, 1 “ away from masonry 6” insulation in the framed wall. If any kind of flame use , use 5/8” type x Sheetrock in the ceiling. I might freeze standing on a concrete floor, so consider a plywood floor on treated sleepers which would be glued onto the floor, no anchors. Plenty of receptacles don’t forget 220 v in case of the type of equipment. Keep it simple it will work out. Good luck and enjoy your hobbies

Can you put an offset toilet flange, maybe that can get you close enough to the toilet clearance, it’s hard to tell without knowing the bath dimensions/layout. I am surprised it doesn’t leak with the pan offset from the wall.

Maybe there are other problems with this to consider, like rotted trimmers. My tenants pay rent I provide good housing. I want stuff like this fixed by my guys, that way I know it’s fixed properly.

Totally right this is the way it’s done when framing, make sure you add hangers on the small pieces.

The way to fix the 1 cm Hole is to nail a 1x3 on to the bottom of the fixed panel where it meets the floor, like a base mounding. If not wide enough, attach 3/4” 1/4 round to the 1x3

Reply to How to disconnect from hose Bibb? by Jon-Snowfalofagus
These are 1 piece, don’t disconnect the hose you will have a flood. Best is to shut the water off at the meter, drain the water through a lower hose bib, and replace the entire valves (angle stops) with new ones were you screw in the hose at the valve and at the fixture it will make it much easier for future repairs.
