Trump being elected in 2016 was because people underestimated him and ran a horrible candidate against him (Hilary being president and Bill being first gentlemen, lmao, get out of here). People have years of judgement now, everyone knows what he is about and is either pro or against him. No one is independent when it comes to trump.

The candidates that trump endorsed and won were in heavily red states with leads of like +20R, Stalin could've endorsed them and it wouldn't have changed a thing. What matters is the swing state candidates endorsed by him being soundly rejected.

Now that the GOP is trying to drop him like the dead weight he is and he is more divisive than ever before... Actually you know what all aboard the maga train I'm sure it won't blow up spectacularly.

If it's so clear why has no republican representative shown any proof? Wouldn't it be in their best interest? They'd become a national celebrity overnight and launch their career into outer space.

Could it be their is no proof because...it's not fucking happening you sheep, swallowing down lies with no substance to back it up whatsoever.

Hannibal Barka crossed the Alps and crushed the Romans. He did it once because that strategy would never work again because the Romans admitted thier flaw and worked on their own strategy. The Romans responsible for allowing it to happen were humiliated and swore they would never be left so exposed again.

You see what I'm saying?

It's going to get pretty interesting without a doubt, trump has no choice but to maintain his influence to stay a free and wealthy man so he will not stop at anything to achieve it.

With the subpoena for Jan 6th and the massive defeat to maga candidates last night I wonder how many in the GOP are seeing trump as a live hand grenade that needs to be dropped.

The democratic strategy to fund maga candidates is a lot like Murphy's military law:

If a plan is stupid but works it isn't stupid.

If you don't like the fact that these candidates appeal to the lowest common denominator then what are you doing supporting a party that allowed them to gain credit in the first place?

I'm not calling Republicans dumb at all but we all know that the radicalized conspiracy riddled goons lean hard right. Most Republicans in NH are socially liberal but fiscally conservative and don't buy into this bullshit. That's why sunnunu got 320,000+ votes but bolduc got 70,000 less meaning a lot of conservative voters voted for Hassan instead.

The Dems caught the GOP flat footed this time because the GOP wasn't able to counter the strategy because there were no radical Democrats running to fund.

The silver lining here for the GOP is that they are unlikely to humor jerkoffs like bolduc in 2024. Meaning that America may be turning a corner when it comes to hyper controversial candidates running for office.

The simple truth is that there would've been no strategy to use if the GOP ditched their harmful dead weight. Defeat is the greatest teacher and they are unlikely to repeat a mistake twice in a row.

Oh 100% that's what his campaign strategists told him to do. They knew the general election would always be an uphill battle for him but in order to do that he first has to win the primary. So they went with the new trumpism strategy to get his foot in the door. As soon as that worked he tossed them aside like the lepers they are.

I wonder if nov 8th 2022 will be regarded as the election where trumpism began it's long over due decline. Trump backed candidates took a real thrashing last night and it would seem the Dems strategy of financing maga candidates paid off in spades.

The Republicans only used trump because they believed it would help them get elected. If the numbers show that being associated with trump is a negative then trump is going to lose any hope of a 2024 run.
