I’d stay away downtown because fuck street parking. Nobody needs that stress in their life. Bergen-Lafayette probably since you can still find houses with parking or newly built luxury apartments. Then you got access to light rail that can take you to Bayonne and Hoboken.

For home use it’ll definitely hold up. In a commercial setting? They’ll bombard you with ads of Chefs singing their praise. Meanwhile they already moved back to using all clad or vollrath.
