Post-production was a women’s job(sewing and crafts of course) until sound arrived, where it promptly and mysteriously became a TECHNICAL craft and thus men’s work. So yes it’s fair for OP to mention that those doing the work were in fact women. Because they were, in fact, women.

Alfred the Great wasn’t the first King of England. His grandson Æthelstan was the first and it was he who finally united the kingdoms.

BBT was keeping CBS afloat so they filled it with adverts. A couple of episodes ended up being 15 minutes.
They’re doing it again with their current hit, the US remake of Ghosts. This week’s episode was 20 minutes.

Not so. PBS even re-edited Downton Abbey to turn the 50-minute originals into 58 minute episodes.
