Agree with this, taxed the same and held to the same or similar level of building code. You want to do short term rentals, fine upgrade the property to conform with the same electric and fire codes as the hotel you’re competing against.

It was a process I used starting before mainstream email adoption. The communication medium is not important, it’s just a means to an end. The value in my comment is that those of us outside of the industry don’t have any insight into the situation at any particular dealer at any given time. Do the deal remotely, get it all in writing and don’t set foot in the dealership until you’re ready to sign the papers.

I bought multiple cars via fax between 2007 to 2019. Though, obviously not from the dealer where you worked.

Don’t go into the dealer. Send them each an email or fax telling them exactly what you’re looking for, including what you need vs what you just want. Let them respond to you and then play them off of each other. Make one of them win your business. You have no idea what dealer incentives are at play with each dealer, especially as it’s near the end of the month. They may all be close to one another in price, or they may not. If they all have what you need on their lot you could end up the winner.

I saw the same and my wife convinced me it was clothes or rags or something, ‘cause how the heck would a dog get up on the bridge. Fort Pitt outbound, at ~8:45 AM.

Warrendale Bane Road and the section that meet up with Rt 28. Plus it’s pretty far out of town so less developed than the others.

Red and orange for me, and if I have to pick a favorite, I’d pick red.

Get a set of YakTrax traction spikes, I recommend the running specific version. They’re like $40 on Amazon and they will make winter running much safer and more enjoyable.

Agree that there are technology overlaps, like sensing systems. But the difficult engineering problems like, mapping, decision making, stop and go interactions with other vehicles, etc. are not going to be solved by iterating ADAS technologies because they are not ADAS problems. Time will tell which of us is correct, I guess, because many of the ARGO people will be going to Ford to work on ADAS technologies.

I disagree, there is not an ‘incremental improvements’ path from ADAS to FSD. From an engineering standpoint, they are two totally different problems.
