if you see any kind of provider located in a hospital your insurance company can charge you a facility fee, used to be $50. telemedicine ftw.

Incorrectly identifying logical fallacies on reddit while trying to find places to let your mentally challenged pit bull run off leash. If you referenced cards with humanity right now you would ascend to loser heaven.

Many pitbull owners who think they are a worthier class of dog owners are just a place pitbulls get food until they try to kill something. Like the pibble that ate two children in memphis last fall.

a large dog from barcs with behavioral issues (guess why) with an owner looking for places to let it run off leash. "don't be mean to this little fur baby!" it should have been put down.

60lb dog with behavior problems and no yard. sounds like you can probably drop it right back off at barcs.

she's white. there was a picture of her in the story earlier. its been updated. or you can google her. i do not think her transit complaints carry less weight because she's white, i certainly hope mine don't because i'm white, but the basic point - ridership is probably close to 90% black stands. if you hopped on any bus or train to ask someone's thoughts and came away with only the perspective of a white millenial with a graduate level education you fucked up somehow.

"traffic" meaning jams - cameras don't really impact that.
"traffic" meaning all the cars on the road at any time - yes its better, people seem to realize driving like human life has no meaning will cost them 55 dollars or whatever.

what an absolute piece of dog shit this article is. is it really worth it to use AI to add "according to authorities" to the end of EVERY SINGLE SENTENCE of a press release rather than pay a journalist, however lowly amongst the profession, to take the press release, call someone for a quote, clip something from another story, and piece together something that doesn't make you want to puke after reading it.

Its a massive simplification to just call this a redlining map. When baltimore was redlined lower park heights had a higher score than federal hill and canton. Redlining was mostly about how small the houses were.

Before the fair housing act it was legal to discriminate by race in real estate.

this project, like every other federally funded project, has 10s of thousands of pages of feasibility studies going back nearly a decade. the complainers cannot be placated, they just want to complain.

you can move anywhere in baltimore and send your child to the neighborhood public school at no cost. you may or may not find the school acceptable. You can apply for a spot in a public charter school, which may have residential criteria or may not. public charters are also free. you can attempt to select a public elementary school and enroll your child out of zone. this is free but not guaranteed. you can enroll your child in a private school and pay tuition. the quality is likely to be up to your standards but it is also very expensive.

sorry, but there is no ELI5 for this situation. her and her husbands behavior in their respective legal matters is completely unexplainable with any publicly known fact pattern or motive. they have something else going on and until that is known there is just this stochastic abuse of the public trust.
