Reply to Girard Ave near the Philly Zoo, people "off/on loading" (hazard lights on) in the outer lanes, is this legal? by [deleted]
Is it legal, probably not but in this city people double park all the time every where. Will they get a ticket? I doubt it. I’ve seen so many people double park an actual open spot because they’re either lazy or stupid.

Isn’t that the norm throughout residency and fellowship programs nationwide. Is it right, nope. Has to been normalized; yes.

Maybe wait for people to sublet their apartments during the summer. Depending on your age Center City (downtown) or the surrounding eras is probably the best for you people. Manuyunk is also a lot of people right out of undergrad if that’s your thing.

Reply to No more Resy notifications for Zahav? by zarif98
Pretty sure zahav has reservations. You need to wait till 11 am on the first day of the month for bookings 2 months in advance. Typically reservations are gone within an hour for the entire month. I would recommend if you try, get everything ready and think about reserving non ideal times because as you’re reserving your time it doesn’t save it for you until you’re entirely through the process so your Friday 8 pm might get overbooked.

It depends. Are you hanging around Kensington and Allegheny a lot? If not rarely/never. I would say better on average.

The key is allow vs do they ticket. It’s clearly illegal, but people are rarely ticketed so they keep doing it.
