Yes, horrible communication. And customer service is only available by text. Which is not instant so be prepared to be heavily frustrated when you have questions regarding your flight leaving on the same day. They do get back to you a day later though.

Their attendants, plane (when it's functional), and app is very good otherwise. It was very easy to even cancel if we wanted to rebuy cheaper tickets, but thankfully we didn't because now I'm trying to file a claim for my expenses with my credit card for food and transportation due to the flight cancellation/delay.

Definitely sounds questionable, I think a lot of insurance companies close at 8pm EST so try to give them a call. I know that several cities are also doing a value assessment but haven't heard of insurance doing insurance re-assessments.

I know gyms used to do those temporary passes for a week. Maybe try that out? They typically have it on their website. Not sure if they do it as much anymore but worth a shot, or even calling to ask if they do it.

If you really want a good steak for your birthday, I recommend Capital Grille. Put in the comments during reservation that you're celebrating your 30th and they will even have a personal note for you. Their apps, entrée and desserts are great. Personally, for dessert I love their flourless chocolate cake but it is also awesome at Pastiche.

Kind of late seeing this post but Citizens bank had a promo yesterday and today for 4% APY if you're depositing $10,000 or more into a Quest money market account.

I've personally only used Citizens bank. They've been good enough for most banking needs.

I bought 2 when someone else posted it.

I have the nicer one but it doesn't have battery and died in the winter because it didn't get enough power from the boiler lol. I kept talking to Nest and they sent me 2 new ones to try and it kept on having the same issue. And they basically abandoned troubleshooting.

But since I saw that this model has the battery I figure I'd try it again. But I won't be installing it til sometime in the spring just in case it doesn't work and we'd freeze in the winter unless I swap it with the old thermostat again.

I bought at 24 and the rates were almost as high as now. I was approved for a loan and they actually withdrew it the day I made an offer for a house. I ended up with a usda loan. If you can't use your bf as a cosigner, just build up that bank account until you have enough for down payment. Then try first time homeowner programs or credit unions for a slightly better rate.

If you're willing to buy fixer uppers, you can definitely afford it with what you're approved for. I've seen some listed on fb marketplace. But it will be a lot of work.

My insurance has a program with them so I just use them. They've been fine, I've replaced probably 3-4 windshields with them. And my bf also had a crack fixed with them. It seems to have been fine. Sometimes your insurance pays for cracks under he size of a dollar coin.

As a kid, I thought they were Japanese characters and told my parents so. LOL. I grew up and realize they're just cut up confetti looking design.
