I went to Carmax one year and they wouldn't even start because the TPMS light was on. They said they fail automatically when any dash light warning is on. So YMMV.

I posted about the land for topgolf and the latest update in that thread.

Mayor said he signed the papers, if anything big will be announced by property owners, Carpionato.

One day, I was driving by Providence Place Mall and saw a Bonchon truck leaving the mall. It gave me hope, but I tried reaching out to their social media accounts and it's been a dud.

I dislike what the new Bonchon has done to most menus. But their chicken has been consistent and sooo good. I personally love the spicy chicken and I cannot find a replacement.

Because the sun really hits my house, it's reading 80 degrees inside my house. I, too, thought back to last week and how I was freezing under my blanket because my heat couldn't catch up.

One year, we entered a contest at Buffalo Wild Wings and won a Budweiser throne and had the "best seat in the house", basically a table in front of one of their bigger screens. It was a pretty good game, this was the game where Butler intercepted and helped the Pats win. Not sure if it's as fun anymore though.

In the summer, Aldi has some super cheap and nice houseplants. Sadly in the winter, they do not have any. If you can hold off you can get huge plants for $15.

My coworker bought in CT instead and commutes over an hour to work in RI. He's a single guy so I'm guessing it's affordable for him to do it. So maybe look wider and expect a commute if your roots are in RI.

Gassing it isn't always great since if it's snow, it'd cause the surface area to flatten and cause less friction. I did this once and slid backwards and hit the curb. A neighbor who helped me off the curb said it's best to go slow and turn your wheel in a wide zigzap pattern heading upward. Which did help me get up the hill.

As for if it's all ice and no friction at all, I think you can try cat litter on the surface. But if you have none, if you do have rock salt, I'd try that too but that's a lot of surface for you to cover.

I think I've not seen a lot of South Asians in Providence, they're more around Cumberland/Pawtucket areas. Growing up as a Southeast Asian in Providence, I personally thought there was a lot of us. But there were not many South or East Asians. At work, I have several South Asian colleagues but I they are past the age of clubs. East Asians are more concentrated in Boston.

For a chocolate lover, it's definitely gotta be a death by chocolate from Gregg's. I got it once for my bf's birthday, it came in a cardboard box because it's too heavy for a regular cake box.

I have a couple of coworkers that love to go to Disney and Universal. One of them later bought a rental down there and I believe she plans to eventually retire down there. I'm not sure the allure either. I also have a boss who also plans to retire there. He told me he likes the warmer weather and is basically done with snow.
