Prices in Lincoln/Woodstock and Conway/Bartlett are ludicrous right now. Good locations but please wait. The market is starting to turn.

Lincoln booming has nothing to do with Winnipesaukee. It's due to its two hour proximity to Boston, proliferation of local restaurants combined with a central location to hiking, and most particularly skiing at Loon.

Confession: Don't live near NYC anymore.
But, I do visit frequently. In 2019 was when it really hit me how many empty storefronts are in Manhattan. By my last visit late last year it had gotten so much worse.
As for the city council - this is the voters' fault. They keep placing professional activists there instead of those who have accomplished something and have knowledge of how things work.

Because speed! Speed! Speed!
Never mind you need a clear line of sight and to be within 1500 feet for good 5G service, and that for smartphone usage users will not even notice the difference between 5G and LTE. Also, 5G is hard on batteries.

One gets funded by federal grants, the other (people) needs to be funded by operational budget.
There is so much waste in the federal grant system. If I became dictator tomorrow I would end all grant money immediately.

Not only a NYC issue either. Seen it happen in both public and private sectors where they post a job before they have approval.

I wonder if the lack of sales tax has people from other states storing stuff here too. But like you, I have definitely noticed the ridiculous amount of self-storage, especially in southern New Hampshire.

"Communism is a perfectly legitimate and virtuous form of government that would work fine if we just try it again."
Zinn is not a historian, and his book is nothing more than propaganda, and almost universally dismissed by actual historians. Much like Marx's theories itself being dismissed by actual workers, while being embraced by academia, even in his lifetime.

File a report with the Merrimack police, then call the cell phone company to report it stolen. The providers use a centralized theft database. They will make sure it cannot be activated on any network.
