IDK about the M2 Mini, but the M1 was not upgradeable. This is Apple's new thing, and I hate it.

CNET is basically Business Insider level these days. If they’re telling you to do something with your phone or computer, probably ignore it.

I have tried using 'kindly' as I love bringing weird turns of phrase back. But people do not seem to hear it warmly, rather some people bristle. I think its usage tends to denote some sarcastic exasperation. "Kindly be quiet!" Sort of curt and bitchy. The best I can get is with "thank you kindly" which most people seem to receive well.

I couldn't get even a short course of painkillers when I had a facial abscess last year. I wound up having to take my dog's medications for several days. The dentist was like, "see you didn't need me to prescribe you anything."
I am a recovering addict. I know how to get street drugs. Please, please, please don't leave me hanging when it comes to pain management. I need to be able to trust my doctors to do this for me.

Based on my usage so far this year compared to last year, and because a new utility bought our gas company and is raising rates astronomically. I am expecting my first $800+ gas bill this month.
Granted we have some gas fireplaces we probably use too much because it’s Christmas season. But something is not right about this.

Ahh yeah in North America you only really get to do that if you're near a horse farm with a cool owner.

I don’t know anyone who has taken wild grown psychedelics since the 70s. It’s all cultivated these days. It’s dangerous to take wild mushrooms and thankfully we have gotten that point across.

Aye but many of us in anxious/avoidant relationships can never seem to figure out the correct thing to do. We are wired to respond inappropriately and so basic stuff like “make your partner feel appreciated” needs to be repeated.

It contains a coffin, it's an outer later meant for crypts and tombs where there's space around the interment, usually.

Oh how my great grandmother loved dandelion wine. Which her bougie kids thought was “trashy.” She passed before I was of drinking age so I never got to try it with her, and now I’m in recovery lol. Oh well.

Recovering alcoholic here, I wish I'd have learned to fly sober when I was younger, I thought I enjoyed flying, turns out I was a nervous wreck and I just liked being drunk the whole time, and it was very acceptable for a long time to do so.
In the past 2 years I've been learning to fly sober, and it's boring and tedious, but very doable. You do need to plan in advance what you will do for 20 minutes 2 hours, 8 hours, etc. Never get surprised by idle time, which is everywhere.
I like to make up little games for myself. Create backstories for the other travelers, eye flirt with the cute guy, etc. But mostly just read.

Checking to make sure the tail doesn't have anything stuck to it, isn't encumbered, isn't suddenly missing a bunch of fur.

I love liquid bandage but it wears off quickly, like once a day at least you have to reapply a layer or two, and when I put it on a hangnail or cuticle I've been scratching, I actually dig at it more because now there's something to scrape off. I usually have to go with a multifaceted approach, liquid band aid under actual band aid, sometimes under nitrile gloves.

The 2022 Mac Mini spec page shows "configurable" to 32gb which is the same language as the last one. So nope, much like the Mac Studio, there will be no RAM upgrades moving forward. Also guessing they are using those custom SSDs that can't be swapped with other hard drives, like the Studio.
The Mini has always been a great product, because you can keep beefing it up, but it looks like they want them to have a short life. This is the tradeoff for the $100 price drop, I assume.
