flag hill: not worth the trouble, shitty wine, run by fools, and not-distilled-there liquor imported from elsewehre. just go to some of the breweries in portsmouth, a far better experience. Liar's bench, or Earth Eagle are good choices.

$2-3K for a single large (3.5' diameter at base?) pine in central NH.

Ski NH passport if they are in 4th or 5th grade I think, is the best deal by far (if it's still offered).

Comcast has all those same issues, minus the fast speeds. Plus assholish customer pricing/retention policies.

aren't these sort of things standardized? I just had Breezeline installed and they did a nice job. I am not a fiber tech but the equipment and materials looked as good or better than any other connection type of stuff I have seen (e.g. comcast's work).

fight it, get a court date, delay it with a continuance a few times, eventually hopefully officer never shows up and it gets thrown out. good luck.

It's an E36 3-series, not a 2-series. Still. Lemons should be fun!

seriously. keep the house! The market has already turned down, you are not going to cash out as much as you think, I'd guess. Mortgage is cheaper than rent and you build equity. At the very least keep it and rent it out.

WTF abutter cutting down YOUR trees? that's a full-on NO, hard stop.
