I switched to Natural Gas on 2019. Best expense ever really. My oil furnace was from the 1960 and my heating bills were thru the roof.
I remember my pain back in 2008? when heating oil were about $4 per gallon.

Nobody wants sections 8 in their neighborhood because it will devalue property values and will bring crime. I used to live near by one in NY and it was really bad.
