Those are very tricky articles, they're talking about fiber backbones mostly and not the bit from the backbone to your house, which is the important thing.
The number of people that actually have access to fiber right now is a whole lot lower.

That's what I've been doing for years. Downloaded all the Christmas episodes from different shows (mostly sitcoms but regulary shows as well) going back to the black & white days and just put them all in a Christmas folder and play them on my TV during the holidays.
A different show each half an hour feels incredibly nostalgic and comforting. Especially when you randomize the list so you have no idea what will come next.

Sweden is 90% stand-alone wood houses. Netherlands is way more densely populated with stone housing blocks. It costs a lot more to add heat pumps 3 stories high and through thick brick stones.
