I would recommend Pawtucket/EP over Providence.

Both are just as close to the highway and you’ll probably get more space for the same if not less rent, plus you’d likely have 1-2 designated parking spaces.

Life pro tip: Any car under 15 years old should definitely be fully insured. Even if it’s a bomber, with inflation you’d still get some money for it.

I had a car that was 14 years old that had be totaled in the pandemic and pre total it still had a value of $11,000 🤯.

Sorry that happened to you Op, I hope you find it soon and in the same condition you left it.

When you do, I want to recommend investing in AirTags(one for car trunk/one for wallet) We live in a small enough state where this can actually be implemented and useful. If big brother wants to watch us he better be damn useful.

If you have full coverage on a vehicle you should be able to get tow fees reimbursed. The only thing that could be an issue is if you have other remarks on your record (up to three years) then you may just want to pay out of pocket.

Speaking from personal experience a big part of a new program is how it’s rolled out to the community. I’m not surprised to hear it wasn’t well received in Warwick, I wouldn’t consider that part of the state to be progressive.

Nearly every city/town in the state now has a homeless population and could benefit from permanent housing. If housing is established they also have to also pair it with medical, education, and workforce opportunities.

We have space around the state (memorial hospital for example) where permanent housing could be easily established.

The state has the most money we’ve ever had and yet the state still can’t get out of its own way.

In addition to housing we also need to put some focus on workforce development. I realize not every homeless individual would be eligible for this but many could benefit from job carving.

This is just one example of creating a workforce and simultaneously addressing a sanitation issues: https://www.governing.com/work/harris-county-looks-to-expand-homeless-payment-program

In addition to the housing crisis we have no significant employment opportunities bringing high income earners to Rhode Island.

We barely have common /good paying job opportunities keeping Rhode Islanders in Rhode Island.

We are literally are building properties that will likely go dormant. meanwhile we have a homeless encampment cropping up at the State House.

What is the allure to driving a car with a loud exhaust in the suburbs? I always see guy’s doing the bwant bwants on Newport Ave. It’s both funny and a little sad. Nobody at Uncle Tony’s is impressed by the loud exhaust.

I always wonder why they are speeding. Job? hot date? sketchy fireworks store? mother in law’s house? I doubt it!
